1. What should I do if I forget my User Id and Password?

Click the forgot your password? link and enter your User name. The information will be emailed to you. If you forget both your User Id and Password; call 505-345-3414 to retrieve or reset this information.

2. Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

There is never a minimum order and delivery is always FREE from Midway Office Supply. No hidden charges.

3. What if my item # won’t go in online?

Enter the item number without any special characters (-, /, .). If the item still won't go in, there is a chance the item # has changed. Please call 505-345-3414 if you continue to have difficulty with an item number.

4. Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, the website is set-up for secure online payments. All credit card and order information is encrypted with the latest security software. The HTTPS and the padlock are 2 other features that portray that security is in effect.

5. When will I get my order?

All web orders placed by 5:30p.m. will be delivered the next business day. The cut off time for phone and fax orders is 5p.m. for next day delivery.

6. How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be personally delivered by a local Midway delivery truck.

7. What do I do if I want to return an item?

Simply call 505-345-3414 or send an email to service@midwayos.com. Returns cannot be processed online. Prior authorization is required for a midway driver to pick-up returns.

8. What is Midway’s return policy?

All returned goods must be in sellable condition; in the original, unopened and unmarked container:

  • 1 – 30 days 100% Credit No Restocking Fee
  • 31 – 60 days 85% Credit 15% Restocking Fee
  • 61 – 90 days 50% Credit 50% Restocking Fee
  • Over 90 days 0% Credit 100% Restocking Fee

Special Order Items, Food & Beverage items, Medical supplies & Medications are NOT returnable.

9. Does Midway recycle used Toner and Ink Cartridges?

Yes. Last year Midway Recycled approximately 6000 Toner and Ink cartridges.

10. Does Midway recycle Card Board & Packaging materials?

Yes, Last year Midway recycled over 6 tons of card board boxes and packaging materials. See our Go Green tab for more information about what Midway is doing to be more green.

11. Does Midway Office Supply deliver to Home Based Businesses?

No. However, we are more than happy to make arrangements for orders to be picked up at our local distribution center in Albuquerque. Monday- Friday 8-5.

12. What methods of payment does Midway accept?

Midway accepts all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer a Net 10 Charge account on approved credit.
